Price and payment
R1 190 / month. No VAT charged — Sorted is not VAT registered. Monthly in advance; manual invoicing. No automatic debit or subscription configured.
Ongoing and first-year cost
Monthly service at stated rate. 12 × R1 190 = R14 280 for 12 months; separately approved provider costs excluded.
Scope limits
New integrations, copywriting, paid licences, gateway fees, incident recovery and rollover. Revisions: Within stated time allowance.
What we need from you
Healthy site/shop, current licences and prioritised task list.
Timing and acceptance
Timing: Monthly cycle; acknowledge within 2 working days. Booking starts after complete inputs and payment. Checklist/time log supplied; agreed edits checked against source data.
Support and terms
Business-hours triage; no 24/7 SLA. Month-to-month; 30 calendar days written cancellation; work within paid period; no rollover. Any non-recoverable domain renewal already purchased charged only at approved cost. Custom deliverables and domain belong to the customer after settlement; third-party licences remain subject to their terms.
Third-party costs
Paid licences, mailbox subscriptions, domain/hosting outside stated plan and gateway/transaction fees are separately payable only where required by approved scope; exact charge agreed before commitment.
