Price and payment
From R8 490 once-off. No VAT charged — Sorted is not VAT registered. 50% deposit to book; 50% after agreed acceptance and before launch/file handover.
Ongoing and first-year cost
Compatible hosting/domain required. Use your existing provider or optional Sorted Domain + Hosting at R250/month. Care at R650/month replaces the R250 plan. Build + 12 × R250 Sorted hosting = R11 490. Own hosting: build + actual provider costs. Care route: build + R7800/year. No double hosting charge.
Scope limits
Gateway approval/fees, shipping contracts, subscriptions, bookings, variants, product copy/photos, ERP sync and custom code. Revisions: 2 consolidated rounds.
What we need from you
Approved logo, licensed photos, contact details and supplied copy (up to 400 words per page); domain/hosting access; one decision maker. Ready product spreadsheet, shipping policy and approved gateway account.
Timing and acceptance
Timing: 15–20 working days. Booking starts after complete inputs and payment. Products/prices/cart/shipping match brief; specifically approved gateway test saves an order and approved inbox test verifies delivery.
Support and terms
7 calendar days to report reproducible delivery errors; new work quoted separately. Written scope before work; changes quoted first. On cancellation charge completed work and agreed non-recoverable provider costs; return unearned balance. Feedback due within 5 working days; delays move booking. No deemed acceptance. Custom deliverables and domain belong to the customer after settlement; third-party licences remain subject to their terms.
Third-party costs
Paid licences, mailbox subscriptions, domain/hosting outside stated plan and gateway/transaction fees are separately payable only where required by approved scope; exact charge agreed before commitment.
