Confirm your launch brief
We confirm website page count, dashboard workflows, design quantities, hosting term, bookkeeping administration requirements and any separately payable provider fees in your written brief. E-commerce is quoted separately. Registration, tax-number and banking support are administrative assistance: decisions and approvals remain with the responsible authorities or providers. Accounting or tax advice is not implied.
Before work starts
Tell us about your business, the result you need and any existing assets or systems. Sorted confirms the written scope, customer inputs, delivery dates, revision allowance, file and usage terms, and payment schedule before booking. Do not send passwords through an enquiry form.
No VAT is charged: Sorted is not VAT registered. Any separately payable third-party fees are identified in the written quote before you accept it. Accepted customer quotes and existing terms remain unchanged.
