Ongoing and first-year cost
Monthly service at stated rate. 12 × R2 490 = R29 880 for 12 months; separately approved provider costs excluded.
Scope limits
Ad spend, inbox/community management, video, photography, extra platforms and guaranteed reach/leads. Revisions: 1 consolidated round per monthly batch.
What we need from you
Supplied photos/brand/offer facts, connected page access and timely approval.
Timing and acceptance
Timing: First calendar within 7 working days; monthly thereafter. Booking starts after complete inputs and payment. 8 approved originals; native queues confirm agreed placements; report separates reach/clicks/enquiries.
Support and terms
7 calendar days to report reproducible delivery errors; new work quoted separately. Month-to-month; 30 calendar days written cancellation; work within paid period; no rollover. Any non-recoverable domain renewal already purchased charged only at approved cost. Custom deliverables and domain belong to the customer after settlement; third-party licences remain subject to their terms.
Third-party costs
Paid licences, mailbox subscriptions, domain/hosting outside stated plan and gateway/transaction fees are separately payable only where required by approved scope; exact charge agreed before commitment.
