Price and payment
From R4 490 once-off. No VAT charged — Sorted is not VAT registered. 50% deposit to book; 50% after agreed acceptance and before launch/file handover.
Ongoing and first-year cost
No mandatory Sorted recurring plan; any customer-owned provider licence is separately payable. Stated one-off scope only; optional services/provider costs excluded.
Scope limits
ERP/accounting replacement, bank/payment connections, custom APIs, multi-site operation, bulk messaging, paid Workspace licences and accuracy/compliance guarantees. Scanner integration and safety/compliance procedures excluded. Revisions: 1 consolidated revision round within agreed scope.
What we need from you
Business-owned Google account, clean CSV data, agreed fields, sample transactions and up to 3 named users; owner approves sharing permissions.
Timing and acceptance
Timing: 10–15 working days. Booking starts after complete inputs and payment. Customer-owned self-contained copy; agreed sample entries produce expected totals/status; formulas protected; permissions checked; instructions and 45-minute handover supplied. Agreed receipt-to-dispatch scenario reconciles.
Support and terms
7 calendar days to report reproducible delivery errors; new work quoted separately. Written scope before work; changes quoted first. On cancellation charge completed work and agreed non-recoverable provider costs; return unearned balance. Feedback due within 5 working days; delays move booking. No deemed acceptance. Custom deliverables and domain belong to the customer after settlement; third-party licences remain subject to their terms.
Third-party costs
Paid licences, mailbox subscriptions, domain/hosting outside stated plan and gateway/transaction fees are separately payable only where required by approved scope; exact charge agreed before commitment.
