Agree the day before you book
Share the type and size of your backlog and the priority tasks. We confirm the working-day hours, remote or Centurion on-site arrangement, access, and any travel costs in writing before booking. The day is a time-based service; a large backlog may need more than one day. Extra days require agreement.
Before work starts
Tell us about your business, the result you need and any existing assets or systems. Sorted confirms the written scope, customer inputs, delivery dates, revision allowance, file and usage terms, and payment schedule before booking. Do not send passwords through an enquiry form.
No VAT is charged: Sorted is not VAT registered. Any separately payable third-party fees are identified in the written quote before you accept it. Accepted customer quotes and existing terms remain unchanged.
